During difficult times, we can feel overwhelmed and stuck, unable to break ineffective or even destructive cycles. Getting “unstuck” involves incorporating new skills and concepts, such as psychological flexibility, self-awareness, assertive communication skills, mindfulness, effective coping strategies, insight, decision making skills, and values clarity.
My therapy practice focuses on assisting clients in creating full, rich, and meaningful lives. I offer an open, welcoming, and judgement-free space to collaborate and make positive changes. Every individual is unique, therefore I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach that varies from person to person based upon what best suits their specific needs, values, and goals. Evidence-based tools and techniques are employed to assist clients struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, and life challenges.
